ADMISSION CRITERIA/TUITION & FEES   Entrance Requirements:  (includes Distance Learning option) 18 years or older (17 with parental approval) High School Graduate or GED A sincere commitment to learning. A desire to grow, learn and to share a caring and educated touch with others. Prior to acceptance, each student will need to provide the following to the school:   • A completed application and application fee;   • Physician’s certification of health;   • Two (2) written personal references;   • A brief essay sharing why you wish to become a massage therapist;   • Receipt showing you've experienced receiving a massage;   • Copy of GED, High School Diploma (or College Transcripts);   • Copy of Driver’s License or birth certificate;     Tuition & Fees Tuition , Application fee .
